SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Bay Area Building Experts, LLC, operating as Bay Area Roofing Experts (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We use separate numbers for customer service conversations and promotional messages, as described below.
Customer service conversations
Customers may text our Grasshopper business number to ask about our services. We reply individually to those messages and may continue the conversation to answer questions and coordinate the service the customer requested. We do not send promotional campaigns from the Grasshopper number.
Message frequency varies depending on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. To stop texts from this number, reply STOP to a message from it. For help, reply HELP or email info@bayarearoofingexperts.com.
Promotional text messages
We may send promotional messages about our roofing and related services from our separate marketing number, (925) 414-9475, to people who have agreed to receive them. We do not treat a customer’s inquiry to our Grasshopper number as consent to promotional messages. Consent to promotional texts is not required to purchase our services.
Promotional message frequency varies based on the messaging program you join. Message and data rates may apply. To stop promotional texts, reply STOP to a promotional message. For help, reply HELP to the marketing number or email info@bayarearoofingexperts.com.
Opt-out requests
After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation text. We will not send further messages covered by that opt-out request unless you later ask us to resume them or another message is permitted by law.
Because our customer service and promotional messages use different numbers, please email info@bayarearoofingexperts.com if you want us to stop all texts from our company. We will review and honor your request across our messaging systems.
